"When we moved to Orange County in 2010 my brother told us to call his realtor. We reached out and immediately knew that Jennifer Palmquist not only knew different neighborhoods in Orange County but she also cared about making sure we were in the right place where our young sons would be happy. I can’t count the number of houses that we asked Jennifer to show us, but she never gave up on us even though we were super picky. Jennifer helped get us into an incredible house in Tustin Ranch. It was the most wonderful neighborhood for both us and our children. She helped us with everything from the inspection to closing. She also provided us with referrals for any work we wanted to do. We lived in that house for 10 years until our children went off to college, and we were looking for a very specific floor plan due to my physical limitations with stairs. The house we were looking for was not easy to find, but Jennifer found it. She helped us prepare our current home and she sold it before it even went on the market. She arranged for all the inspections and made sure that either she or her daughter, Lauren were with us in case we had questions. Both Jennifer and Lauren were always available. They never acted like we were bothering them even when we did. This past year Jennifer and Lauren Palmquist helped us sell and purchase homes. They also helped my brother and his family purchase an amazing new home. In addition, they helped my mother who does not live locally find a wonderful condo in Anaheim Hills. We always joke that Jennifer not only knows every neighborhood. She knows who lives in most houses. I think that is mostly in part to the fact that she does not just sell you a home. She and Lauren become your friends and your relationship does not end after the sale or purchase of your home. They are still there for us. We call for referrals for work we want done and they are always happy to help us. I honestly don’t think there is a better team of real estate professionals than Jennifer and Lauren Palmquist."
